Electrocardiology	Ultrasonographer Cardiology	To perform tests to produce Echo and to coordinate the daily operations of the Echo lab. Performs all functions with one or more laboratories within the EPT department treadmill and vascular tests. Qualifications High school graduate plus AAS degree or equivalent with major or minor in Biology, computer or electronic technology. Board eligible or registration in Echocardiography required. One year to include previous experience in cardiovascular techniques.	Part time 20 Hours. 8 Hr Shifts, 7a, 7 30a, 8a. On Call Weekends and Holidays.
ICU	Nurse Manager	Under administrative direction, is responsible for managing the human and material resources of the nursing unit in order to provide quality patient care in a cost effective manner and establish an environment conducive to staff growth and positive morale. Qualifications Graduate of accredited college, University or School of Nursing. Current licensure in New York State. MS degree in nursing or related field preferred. Experience Five years progressive nursing experience that demonstrates skill and competence in a leadership role.	Full Time DayShift (Exempt)
Nursing	Administrative Nursing Supervisor	To provide administrative support in managing the human and material resources of Community General Hospital. To insure that all patients receive skilled and safe nursing care in accordance with predetermined standards and policies for care. Qualifications Licensed and currently registered as a professional nurse in New York State. BS degree in nursing preferred. ACLS certification preferred. Five years of progressive nursing experience that demonstrates skill and competence in a leadership role.	Full & Part Time 4, 6, 8 & 12 Hr Shifts Weekens & Holidays
Nursing - Operating Room	RN	NYS RN Licensure required. Previous OR experience strongly preferred. 8 Hour shifts, schedule includes on call weekends and holidays.	Full-Time Days or Evenings
Nursing Administration	Clinical Coordinator	Provides leadership for the implementation, integration, and ongoing use of computerized clinical systems. Works collaboratively with clinical departments and Medical Services in meeting their clinical and educational needs. Evaluates and makes recommendations for improvements to clinical systems. Ensures that clinical systems comply with community standards and regulatory standards including NYSDOH, HIPAA and JCAHO. Qualifications Currently licensed Registered Nurse with Baccalaureate degree in nursing. A minimum of five years clinical nursing experience and practical knowledge of computerized clinical systems. Knowledge of nursing delivery models and practical knowledge of clinical staffing and productivity. Knowledge of educational methods and process controls, including quality improvement tools and processes. Willingness to pursue advanced education in Information Technology. Nursing Administration	Director Specialty Services	Main Function Responsible for operations and administrative leadership, the strategic and operational plans to support the vision of the departments, operationalizing the plans and evaluating and/or revising the plan as needed. Assumes full responsibility for the development and implementation of nursing procedures for the departments, as well as supervision of nursing care for all patients in the departments. Demonstrates excellent customer relation skills that reflect and support the mission, vision and values of CGH. Responsible for maintaining an environment that promotes the health and safety of patients, visitors and employees assigned to the department. Effective delegates duties and responsibilities to others. Qualifications Registered Nurse license required, masters degree required. A minimum of 5 years progressive clinical/managerial nursing experience in an acute care setting.	Full time dayshift [Exempt]
Nursing- Emergency	RN	NYS license and at least 1 year acute care RN experience required. 8 & 12 Hour shifts available.	Full-time or Part-Time, Nights or Evening/Nights
Physical Therapy Out Patient	Physical Therapist	To evaluate and provide therapy for patients afflicted with physical disabilities. To practice physical therapy within the guidelines of the profession. Qualifications B.S. from an accredited school of Physical Therapy. N.Y.S. licensed or license eligible.	Per - Diem Days, 8am, no weekends or holidays
Sleep Center	Supervisor	Provide supervision of all clinical and staff operations for the Sleep Center. Maximizes staff productivity, cost containment, and quality service. In the absence of the Manager, provides operational oversight for Respiratory Therapy and EEG. Coordinates quality assurance, employee & patient safety and all mandatory programs. Qualifications Registered Respiratory Therapist and Registered Polysomnographic Technologist. 2 years experience full time in an active Sleep Laboratory. EEG certification and previous supervisory experience preferred. Business background beneficial.	Full-time Day Shift (Exempt)
Ultrasound	Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer	Performs a variety of technical procedures that require independent judgement, ingenuity and initiative in the application of non ionizing high frequency ultrasonic waves to human for diagnosis purposes.	Registry Days Varies
