• Uncomfortable pressure, fullness, squeezing, or pain in the center of the chest or back lasting more than a few minutes.
  
• Pain spreading to the shoulders, neck, arms or back.
  
• Chest discomfort with light-headedness, fainting, sweating, nausea and/or shortness of breath.
